Liefmans Cuvée-Brut is a Fruit Beer that is essentially Liefmans Goudenband & Oud Bruin blended with cherries. During podcast 6 we repeatedly refer to this as a Kriek which is actually incorrect. This is not a Lambic but a blended beer with fruit added. Cuvée-Brut is a very simple, strait forward, and delicious.
